So I think we need a new thread for all the things that go SNAP CRACK AND POP on our rigs. So here it is. Post up your carnage and battle wounds.
So most of you already know about my epic fail weekend of fixing a few easy things on the jeep. Quick and simple only took 30 hrs. from the time I got started to the time I got home. so here we go.
Darrens Front right u-join committed suicide on I-5 south while heading to the parts store.
This is what happens to your exhaust manifold gasket when you install it incorrectly! (Pay no attention to the model or background BigDog)
This is what a manifold looks like when a jackwagon modifies it to the point that the intake won't fit against it and the head stretches while the manifold shrinks. So you have to drill out the bolt hole to get it to line up on the block. ( Exclusive Snap Shaft Kustoms Exhaust manifold !!)
After shaving off as much of the metal around the area where it combines with the intake manifold and mounts to the head as we could like 3 times. I still wouldn't fit. :explosion FAIL..!!!
