What are you doing to your rig - the continuing saga

Today I got to go buy myself a recip saw, since I went to go change the bushings on my double-shear trackbar and found the bushing sleeves on both ends completely seized to the bolts. I get to order new bushing sleeves tomorrow since both got shorter by at least 1/8".

I always hated working under this dash! 15 years of previous owners left some sketchy wiring.

I feel better now. :)

Finally installed the RE junkyard lift, dakota bastard pack, shocks, D30, D35 and 31's on my jeep I bought a month ago. Looks better now. The tires that were on it were 205/70r15's.

Looks good, I like how 2dr's look w/o the factory rack on them and that stance is definitely how they should've come from the factory.

that really sucks bud. hope it holds together...

Looks like you'll need to trim the rear out more

It actually clears really well with the offset perches. I may need to smack the rear corner a lil bit but ill keep a hammer with me to make changes as i go :D

HUGE thanks to Dutch for helping me get the spool installed up front.... We are ready to wheel folks :D

I learned a few things tonight to! Even though I just stood around taking up space and talking :D O well!

Also figured out that I will be building a mid-arm 3 link instead of a Y link set up. (Thanks to Dutch and Mike) Just ordered more parts as well to complete the project! Cant wate!!!

Good deal!
Just have to think its 10 times easier to work on!

Well I got the interior repaired from when the jack wagon broke into it. Finally annoyed I haven't done anything else. This weekend/early next week I'm going to for sure put in a distributor, cap, rotor, plugs, plug wires. And then do an oil and filter change, service the front and rear diffs, and hopefully the TJ wheels and 32's will fit under it. If so I'll throw those on. The last things i want to do are repaint the grill, bumpers, and fender flares. Then depending on time, I'm going to try to find a spray-on bedliner that I can use to spray the lower portions of the body to sufice until I can get some more armor for it. If I can do all that, then next payday I'll insure and plate it, and possibly have it somewhat ready for the meet and greet

*Forgot to add brake pads/shoes and a new set of front rotors

I'm hoping it'll run a little better after all this, since it sat for almost 4 years before I bought it, and the guy didn't do anything to it. I guess we'll see
