Went wheeling with Scrappy last weekend

went wheeling with Scrappy this weekend, It was great to see a change of terrain from the midwest, and good to get out on some hard rock trails.

we didnt do to much "hard" wheeling, but there were a few interesting parts, and the scenery was amazing...

I left Benicia around 3:45 on friday and headed on 12 over to 99 and went south there - arrived around 9:00pm "near" the campground.

Matt's buddy Lee and his wife met us around 10:30pm and we made camp at 11:00.

stayed up talking for a while, then went to sleep.


I woke around 6:30am and went for a walk to get used to the area and just look around.

Then we had breakfast while goose (Lee's dog) chased some kids around.

after not too long, we got out on the trails -

Matt had the small jeep of the guys in this group... that Long wheel base and small tires wasnt helping him any

I had a great time and wish i could have stayed for sunday - but mothers day called!
