Weld it yourself bumper

i recall seeing it posted on here..but cant seem to get the right search to find it again, it was a bumper that is pretty much cut out and u can weld it up yourself. anyone know the company name or have a link or anything? i keep thinking the company name was like spider something...any help would be sweet!
