Protein is the key!!! At the time, I had been lifting for probably 1 year, one of my favorite exercises was the behind the neck military press. I had kinda plateaued out @ 135 lbs for 3-4 reps for at least a month, just couldn't do any more. Well, I started taking EAS Myoplex protein shakes(3 per day) on Monday(shoulder day), didn't change anything else, the following Monday (1 week later) I did 9 reps! I was sold!!! If that doesn't prove protein is the key..... then I don't know what else to tell you, it worked for me! I increased my food diet to take as much protein as I could cram in, plus my 3 shakes a day, now keep in mind, all that protein is gonna make your turds like rocks! lol! I wouldn't bother with creatine, just stick with the protein.
