Went up to reiter this weekend with a few buddies...
Every mud pit is deeper than it seems...
Jeeps don't like mud...
My buddy's Ford BEAST, almost makes me want to get a bronco... Almost
Well here's the carnage...
I got hung up on a log, gave it some gas and there must have been a little nub on it that shredded the sidewall of my BFG muddy. Threw the spare on and was done wheelin for the day :tears:. This is the Jeep sittin in my driveway now. You can also see the side marker is destroyed.
Trails get awful tight at reiter, even for a Jeep. This was actually bent over my door so I had to hammer it back up in order to open and close the door.
Previous owner welded this bumper up... I suppose he didn't plan on gettin yanked out of a mud pit by the corner cause this one just went flyin. Nobody was hurt
You can see here the other side marker got smashed up too. I just replaced it a few months ago
Oh well, as long as I can drive home from reiter I'd call it a successful trip.
One other thing, I took my shredded tire to discount to see if they'd replace it with another. I found out there are no more BFG KM1's anywhere so I had to get two KM2's (only paid for one). I'm going to have my extra km1 mounted on my spare rim so I can have a nice full size spare. My current one is a 32, I'm runnin 33's. I was wondering if I should put the KM2's in front or in the rear? What do you guys think?
