Water Pump Pulley Rattling

I recently noticed a bit of a rattle coming from the front of my engine, It turned out to be my Water Pump Pulley. Well, a few days later, my water pump began to leak, I'll change that tomorrow. My question is though, after I change it, will that rattle go away? The pully moves when the engine is running, enough that the belt moves back and forth quite a bit. Is there a bearing back there? And does this mean I'll have to get a new pulley?

You won't need a new pulley. It's moving around because your pump is bad, as you already know from the rattling and leaking. Replace the pump and you'll be fine.

k, that's what I figured. I was driving it to put gas in it a few minutes ago, and I realized just how dumb my question was...I knew better, but I wasn't thinking when I asked...lol. Therefore, I would request that no one tell me that I'm an idiot, lol, I ALREADY KNOW! thank you very much!

Mine was doing the same thing.

You will have fun changing the pump out. I know I did because of that one freakin bolt below the pump that you cant get to without bending your arm into 543632456432742 different positions.
