Wanted to buy a custom bumper

Hey guys. I am wanting to get a custom bumper for my 2000 Sport. It doesn't have to be anything special, just work. I would like a reciever hitch on it or the shackels. Something for a rear tow point. It doesn't have to be painted or powder coated. I can do that, I just can't build it. If any body out there can build me one let me know what it would look like with some pics and a price quote. Thanks for your help ahead of time.
