I have a 91 cherokee and my column is super loose and moves quite a bit up and down even though the tilt is locked. It has tilt, cruise int wipers also its gray, if anyone has one worth while please let me know. I'm nervous driving it daily. Thanks, Adam

That is fixable. Did mine last year.

You need a special tool for the tilt ~$12 at checker.
It takes some time to pull apart.
Be careful not to loose any small pieces and make sure you know where they come from so you can put them all back together.

i have 3 ......
the chevy asylum walkthrough was perfect, thx so much. The retaining spring for the switch was broke so i fixed that and had to replace my cancelling ring, but other than that it was a breeze, i got my x8 torx from harbor freight for 5.99 and rented the two things i needed from auto zone for free. Easy fix
