Wanted: rear hatch and drivers seat

i have decided to use my rear hatch to try to make a tail gate and fold up top like a 4runner. if i get too lazy and decide not to you can have it for free. i have a driver side seat you can have for free, but its not pretty. ill post pics.

I have some stock TJ seats in good shape both for $80

I've got them both off a '91. The hatch is navy blue and the seats are gray with plad cloth and vinyl.
