You should have no problem finding a 29spl 8.25 in a JY, it'll be a direct bolt in and it'll be a huge upgrade over your D35. There are guys here that'll set up a set of gears for you, try PMing FrankZ or dutchvdub.

How soon do you need it? I should be pulling my 8.25 w/ 4.56s and disk brake conversion soon.
