You could take the passenger dropped vehicle, spin the inner c's 180* and get some reverse cut gears. That'll give you a highpinion and allow you to perfectly dial in your pinion and caster angles all at the same time. I really should have rotated the c's on my waggy axle, i've got the caster set perfectly at 5.5* but my pinion angle is way off. I'm not too worried about the pinion angle though as its a disconnect hub axle and the only time I used the 4wd is on the trail. I've got 3 spare u-joints in my jeep just in case.
