Vendors area question

Why is it that the "Vendors Info and Feedback Forum" has the threads randomly mixed up (newest one is never on top, much like National Classifieds) while the "Vendor's Specials" and "Vendor Advertisements" are not?
If anything, vendor's ads should be randomly mixed up so that no vendor ever has the ability to "bump" their post to the top. Make vendors subject to the same set of standards as the National Classifieds.

I am not sure. I tried to fix the Vendors Info and Feedback forum a while back but couldn't get it to work. Maybe Glenn or Jeff could.
