user name & pic

i've noticed that some users have a custom picture or icon that show's up under there screen name when they post. how do you get this ?

The custom pic is called an "Avatar."
At the top of the screen (right under the pic of the XJ) click on "user cp."
Then click on "edit options."
Then at the bottom of the screen look for information on the Avatar.
Click on "more info."
You can select from a menu of pictures, or you can post your own custom pic.
