Damn thats where I wanted to put mine, but was afraid of cutting out the hood braces. Next time I guess.

Hoods are cheap. JIM.

Not sure on the back spacing. I just know I love these wheels.
5.25" BS.

I like em too, enough that I bought wheel spacers to make the BS work on my rig :D

No problem. Like I said I will post pics of the finished product in a bit. I am out of town now.

Thanks Rob. I will be home this weekend. Damn I miss my Heep. :tear:

Thanks. I am hoping to get them cleaned up a little this week while Im home. I wanna make some brackets and get rid of the washers. I think they look a little booty fab from under the hood. So maybe I can clean up the install a little. But I love the way they look and the fact they are made of metal. I never really liked the plastic vents.

Yep, I scored a set on eBay for $30 w/out the drip pans. They're definately sturdier than the plastic LeBarons everyone else uses. I'm probably going to put them here; just have to seal the PDC or build a shield.

Let me check & see, I may have my drip pans. I really don't think you need them though. Plus it's really cool to watch water come up through the vents. JIM.

The only prob with that location is the hood braces. If you dont mind cutting them go for it. But plan your cuts.

LeBaron hood vents aren't plastic. They're cast metal. Just FYI, not trying to bust chops.

:wave1:

Just talked to Kerry (wifey). My Detours system showed up today. Looks like I will be putting it on next week when I am home.
