now go back and figure out where the loss of power came from!!

P.P.S. and put a fuse in the wire you ran 'til you solve the problem permanently
 
i did put a fuse.. i think it was lost in the c-101 connector.. it had power before but not after. just dont have time to check right now
 
A Jeep technician that works for a local dealership continued to have problems with his Jeeps C101 connector. After numerous time of cleaning the pins with electrical contact cleaner, wire brush and applying dielectric grease to the pins he finally did away with the C101 connector all together...
He cut the connector out, soldered and shrink tubed the connections; the problem has not reoccurred in more than 9 years....
