It's that project time of year so here's mine:

That's my 401 in the very very early phases of getting boosted. I'm using two Powerstroke 6.0 turbos with variable vane systems. The VGT system will be controlled by an add-on to the Prologger wideband box.

I'm thinking street tune will be 10 psi with 20 reserved for race gas. These turbos will do 30+ if I want to do a Captain Hazelwood imitation.

It's not much to look at. The front will be a little higher but not much.

Dude you have some serious issues, not that there bad or anything. :D
anyways the truck is lookin badass

Mighty skinny rubber for such a large motor............gonna tub the bed and fit some worthy meats back there?

BTW, what radiator and does the fan setup keep it cool?

Mighty sweet. I like the stance now, I'd leave the front low. If you want it more level lower the rear. Your definitly going to need some help with traction. I would run the biggest tire in the rear you can, maybe tub the bed a bit. Plus some caltracs or maybe go to a 4 link. That can all come latter for now 1000 ft burnouts in a Jeep is going to be fun as heck. Have fun man, looks great.

I like the way it doesn't look fancy - it gives racers even more of a shock at the lights...

Yeah, with a turbocharged 401 lurking under the bonnet, this beastie's gonna be a real sleeper (as if it isn't already).

That's just downright evil...

love it!

We need some vid clips w/sound when you finish it!

straight nasty, i hope you get a naxja sticker for the backside.

X, the 96 4.0 auto radiator and two electric fans kept it cool up to 100 degrees in slow traffic last summer. It'll probably need hood vents soon, unfortunately.

I'll bolt some decent slicks on without needing to tub it, though that'd be cool. It'd take away some of the sleeper effect too.

A little more researching turbos and reading maps reveal this combo will be limited (?) to about 20 psi before overspeeding the turbos. 20 psi computes out to about 650-700 wheel hp. It'd be more with an intercooler but that's not looking real likely. Supplementary methanol injection looks easy to do and may make more power than IC'd.

Needless to say I can't wait to finish gathering parts. I will get video.
