Tranny line retaining clip

What the hell is that yellow thing called that holds only the lower tranny line? I need a new one and Advance nor Napa nor Autozone have any idea what I am talking about....

aside from the yellow plastic thing that fell apart was there any o-rings or anything else i need?

I don't know what it is called but I would think it is called a retaining clip. I have one if wanna come get it.
