Trac lok LSD

I just tore apart my new 8.25 and it turns out it has a trac lok LSD in it.. is this any good? How well does it do offroad? Does the e-brake trick work on this to make it lock up?

Define "any good" . It does provides some added traction, until it wears out. Off-Roading will accelerate the wear. It can be rebuilt. Any locker provides better traction than the Factory Limited Slip.

Remember to add Friction Modifier to the gear oil.

Gently applying the brakes when one tire is in the air will make it function.
