tow hooks

I was looking at getting some front tow hooks and checked out some on ebay and other places. Lots of different designs and prices. Anybody happen to have a set for sale here in the midwest? Looking to get these soon so they can be installed before I leave for Winterfest. If nobody has any what would be your suggestion on what company to go with?
I want something very strong that can get me out of a bad stuck without bending. Just don't want a cheap set. Thanks.

I think I am going to get these. I was told by a couple of people on here that they were good. This is what one guy told me:

"(http://www.custom4x4fabrication.com/recovery.html) and I would not hesitate to recommend them: they're very beefy and come with everything you need. The install's a little bit annoying as you have to remove the front bumper to get them on, but worth the slight inconvenience overall."

Actually, *ANY* tow hook kit pretty much requires front bumper removal on an XJ. The uniframe needs some pretty serious reinforcement to stand up to tow hooks.

I've had 2 different C4x4 front bumpers on my XJ. I've stalled out a Warn 9k winch on them, with no difficulties. They've got my recommendations.

does anyone in Illinois have an extra set or a cheap set of tow hooks. All i really need for winterfest is a good attachment point... so if i get hooked up with some, at least i will be able to do the easy trails... please let me know if you guys have any or know of some cheap ones...
thanks... really appreciate it...

If you have a hitch, you could make that into a recovery point if need be. Just get a reciever with a shackle on it.
