Torx Bolts on factory class III hitch??

I am going to pull a hitch of a cherokee at the local pick-n-pull, I noticed there was two torx bolts on a plate that came directly up in the center of the hitch, and bolted between the gas tank and the bumper.
What size Torx are they?

I think they are T55 or T60, but you won't get them off with a Torx wrench. Brng the biggest, baddest pipe wrench you can find and use that. About a 24" should be right.
