Tonight....WE WRENCH!!!!

having done a rear shaft u-joint (no blood) and hatch latch on Monday, tonight may be installation of a leather passenger side seat... mmmm, leather.:D

I need to get my replacement engine on the stand to change all those seals that leak. That means I may build yet another engine cradle for the engine that has to come off the stand.

Some of us have no stinking garage, and I don't feel like lying in the dark in the dirt replacing a battery cable on the 97.

Does it have to be Jeeps? I did work on a Jeep this evening, found a very slight waterpump gasket leak on a pristine 01 Sport with 52K miles. Finished up a Ranger trans overhaul triggered by knucklehead owner's buddy thinking it was fun to pull it into Park at 30 mph.. repeatedly.

I just finished rebuilding both of my Drives shafts (no Blood ) but lots of cursing. Oh BTW if you have a T&T longarm kit taking off the front DS Blows a Big elephant

Especially when the weld nuts in the frame break loose and you have to drill out and tap 4 out of 6 of em. Pretty much an all day deal!

On a good note next time'll be real easy. Made that hole under the ds bigger so now my ratchet will fit.:gee:

I did nice clean interior wrenching -- put all the trim back on the rear hatch from the latch repair, and the passenger leather seat is IN -- need to track down the right connectors to get the heat/power hooked up though...:sunshine:
