TJ Rubicon d44 shafts in an XJ?

So I've done a little research and I would like to get the opinion of the members. I found an aftermarket site that sells axle shafts with the same part number, just a different bearing options to be pressed on.

So can TJ 44 axles be used in an XJ 44?

Found a guy selling a pair of 30 spline shafts on Craigslist but want to be sure that theyd fit.

I sure hope they do as I have had a set for spares,several years now.... Be sure you use XJ retainer plates. Or If set up with rear disc brakes..the correct retainer for your application.
