Tire Question?

so i have them on my jeep. its a an 88 XJ with 2 inch lift.

i have 245 70 16s. they are not too loud, stick in the wet very well, sticks in the dry even better, and semi soup mud is no match. places my jeep would just spin in 4L idling, now it pushes on like its normal terrain. 10 miles on em and they are impressing me already.

ok 100 miles on em and still doing really good.

im happy

This is what I was hoping to hear. I thought they looked fairly decent as far as an a/t style of tire went and for a good price. I do most of my driving on road at the moment so an m/t isn't a big deal for me. Well, I am hoping to get a lift and a new set of tires in the next few months and I am now leaning towards these. Keep coming with the updates please. Thanks!!!

One thing to remember about walmart tires.....they may have the brand name on the sidewall, but they are made for walmart ONLY!!!!

I work for Goodyear, and we cannot order, warranty, or do anything with the walmart goodyears. Totally different tire!!! If you have a Goodyear from walmart and it has a defect, don't come crying to me, because I'm going to tell you to go right back to walmart. It happens all the time! Now, if it's an ACTUAL Goodyear tire, yes, ANY Goodyear store can warranty it!

easy there killer! i know how the brands and what not work and i know that im rollin wally world rubber.

and thus far i am VERY pleased with them.

I saw them in W-Mart the other day, They look very agressive for an AT, I thought they were a MT.

oh i agree fully. these are some mean lookin ATs but they dont hum like MTs. i need to find some sweet trails to test em out on.

A buddy had Wal Mart get him a set of BFG Krawlers. Does that mean they have their own line of those tires as well? :dunno:

300+ miles and today they met ice. still spin but keep moving forward/ where i point it.

still very impressed with them :D

back again with another update: they eat snow for breakfast. got 4 inches last night and they did GREAT.

:D

another update. they ROCK in mud. went to save a dumb ass in an f-150 and had to traverse a nasty dirt road that had been chewed up pretty bad. old blue did beyond good and didnt get stuck. it took 2 full size dodged daisy chained to save the ford.

about 600+ and still have the injection nubbies still rolling smooth as new and wearing great. absolutely ZERO complaints.

Hey Timmy, how many miles on those tires now and how are they wearing? I have been without internet for a bit or I would have checked back sooner. Really going to have to get some new tires soon.
