If you join NAXJA as a paid member, you will get a minimum of 10% off your order from Rough Country if you go through Jason (GRIUMS97XJ). It will basically offset your membership cost in the grand scheme of things. It will also open doors to other members discounts at other palces. justa thought. :dunno:

If you have a 97-99 you will need to get a SYE (Slip Yoke Eliminator) of some kind, be it a kit, or a 'hack 'n tap' job. You will then require, most probably, a front drive-shaft out of a V8 ZJ. You can try one from a auto XJ, but I found that one to be too short.
I'd also recommend getting extended brake-lines if you plan on taking it offroading. There are kits avail or you can use ones found at local racing stores (if there is a racing store in your area).

Thats the bare minimum I would do... But to each their own...

Get the one with leaf packs instead of AAL's..........seriously its worth every penny. If you have a 97+ you will need a SYE or T-case drop. You'll also want an extended rear brakeline.

Edit: Thats not a 97+! :D

You will be fine with just that for a while

edit: forgot about the rear brake line get one for a YJ there 3" longer

I totally agree with Flex... (can't believe I said that... :sure: ) However, I currently have my original rear brake-line in (haven't put the new one in, sitting on pass. side floorboard... :S )

Some things you might be able to get away with for a while, other things you won't...

flex is tht the series 2 one
No, you have the option with either kit to get full leaf packs, Its 509 for the series one with full packs.

Full leafs!!!! AAL's suck worse then the Chicago Bears.

You might not need a SYE, driveshaft or brakelines. Not saying they aren't recommended, just saying probably not needed.

Also, you WILL need an alignment after lifting.
