i'm no expert, so i don't know which throttle bodies are interchangable. but i have a 98 xj, 4.0. and i've been reading about the performance upgrades. since they seem to be the easiest do it yourselfs, i thought i'd start there.
so what i was looking for was a cheap throttle body, maybe a broken one? something that i can create a jig out of to bore it out. i'm somewhat of a machinist, and i also have a friend who bores tb's for motorcycles, so i can get it done. just looking for what may or may not turn out to be a sacrificial throttle body. also want to build the 4' spacer i read someone talking about so i can get an extra 100hp. j/k, not that new. maybe 1" spacer instead.
