He has some mediocre positives and some pretty strong negatives. His friendship with Shirley McClain kind of reinforces that.

also, up until recently he didn't hold these views on these issues. He's looking to save his ass because the re-districting is going to put him out of his long held political office.

and before 420xj up there freaks out on me because he knows everything from a huffintonpost article, I live 20 minutes from the tenth district in ohio, I've seen what he's done for his constituents, I've seen him speak in person and I'm familiar with his politics over the last 20 years, not just the last 10 minutes.

Point well taken...

I've actually paid little attention to him... some TV, internet, and talk-radio... nothing personal or long-term.

(For the moment) he doesn't seem so hell-bent on destroying what's left of our republic, like the current President.
