this heat sucks

I'm inside and out this week. It's not much cooler inside for me.

I work in a climate controlled diesel fuel injector plant, its nice inside, now going out to my Jeep sitting in direct sunlight with the windows up, that sucks. I usually fire it up and let the AC cool off for a minute before I hop in! :D

I managed to convince the boss to let us park inside the prt of the barn we dont use, so the truck doesnt sit in the sun all day. HUUUUGE difference, especially since truck is black

I work in a shop so while I'm not always out in the sun, its still stupid arse hot.

Yeah, but my shop is heated and when its snows a lot I get to spend most of the day plowing the motor pools. :D

I agree! 10 to 12 hours a day in direct sunlight for me, and it blows!! But the money is worth it

....... And people think I'm crazy for working graveyard shift for so many years.

Ain't no way I'd purposely work while the sun is out, much less with this kind of heat, having to wear 18 layers of Kevlar, a polyester uniform, heavy duty belt and black boots..... AND still be nice to the citizens...... that's just retarded. :nono:

Dutch, Ken, and I spent the day at about 65-70 degrees up on Red Cone. Sure was nice. :wave1:
