$5300 is too expensive for a wj with cloth interior. You should be looking at $5000 for a loaded wj with no problems and low 100,000 miles.
Tips from an experienced wj owner:
1.Make sure both ac and heater work correctly when you take a look at one. If ac doesnt work point it out and knock off $1000 off the asking price. Very easy fix, there is no need to take the dash off. There are articles on cutting a whole behind the glove box to access the blend doors and putting in aftermarket aluminum doors that will never fail. Done two of them on two diff. wjs both taking no more than an hour.
2. The window motors tend to break over time making the window fall down into the door so make sure all window work. Very simple fix takes no more than an hour to replace the window motor setup. Buy the setup from autozone they have liftetime warranties.
3. If you get a 4.7l make sure you run the engine on sythentic oil. These engine have small oil passages and get sludge build up easily from a mixture of not enough ventilation and regular oil which leads to engine failures. Also change the oil every 3,000 miles.
They have there issues but if you look out and follow my listed stuff above you will be fine and enjoy the wj.
