I found a full size Cherokee's car lot estimated MPG page that goes on the window. Thing was from like '82 I think. Also the Jeep "members card" too.
Found clothes and some good tools (not completely sure they werent someone who was still there) but no one was around, so they were mine.
Found some brain matter in my buddy's lot's "danger Ranger". One of the body shop workers told me to go eat a bologna sandwhich and check out that truck. I didnt.
I've seen cars that I was positive NO ONE walked away from....don't even know what they were doing at the pull-a-part.
I'm headed there tomorrow, maybe I'll find something good.

From all the cars I've scrapped and parted out this past year or so:
-$20 bill that fell through the e-brake slot of an XJ center console
-Small tool box full of older Craftsman tools in the trunk of a Lumina
-$58 in loose change under seats and in the ash tray from just one XJ I scrapped.
-Brand new Holley 650 vac. secondary carb in it's orig. box the back of an '82 Wagoneer.
-Matco torque wrench under the back seat of an XJ
-4 weathered Centerline wheels in the trunk of an Intrepid (rear ended, lock was jambed) and they brought $120 at the recycle center.

BIG HONKIN' 1600 watt amp and subs in box in the trunk of an Omni, Colt Anaconda under the backseat of a Lincoln Conti, yes, it was nickle-plated, Hi-lift jack under the toolbox on an S-10, Optima Orange top battery, rated at 1030 CA/830 CCA. Almost new set of 35" BFG M/T's. Man do I miss working in the junkyard. F#@$in EPA closed it down.

one time I got a set of the biggest air horns ive ever seen (im talkin 32") for 12$ and my friend got an old brass 1930's fire extinguisher (i dont know why)

Johnson's Auto Wrecking in Mandan North Dakota. That and the "salvage yard" behind various police departments! Just kidding!!!!
ohh how i've lived by "pocket items" rule, so far largest pocket item was a '95 dodge intrepid factory radio by a friend.., enough change to buy lunch for three friends, some sweet 1980's hip-hop cassette's, and many various tools... I love the Junk Jard!! (heck me and my girlfriend go together some times)
