I saw that this morning, don't see too many marriages that old going away suddenly like that. While I'm far from fond of them, I do have to give them credit for staying together for 40 years. Seems like most are trying not to kill each other with in 10 years or truely stay hitched till one of them passes for what ever reason decades later.











I also figured the Clintons would have been the first to split up of the two couples..............

I just can't see getting divorced after 40 years. Why put up with it for that long and then quit? On the other hand, sometimes you can only take so much. 30 years too late is still better than 30 yrs and 1 day...

I can tell you exactly why they are divorcing: when Cap and Tax passes Al is going to be in the bucks big time, and there isn't a pre-nup so he is dumping Tipper now.
