Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread aka North America Home Owners Association Thread

tell me why i shouldn't.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread aka North America Home Owners Association Thread

I wouldn't buy it in the spring. I'd buy it in the winter.

Second, not a supermoto, no care. I wish someone would've traded me a DRZ400SM for the 5.9.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread aka North America Home Owners Association Thread

It would accomplish a lot for me too, because that way I wouldn't have to worry about buying another beater after the 5 speed dies, because I'd be without a license or dead.

Ok, I was prob gonna use my tax return on it. I'm not a huge fan of the SM look, and there's no dual sport type of riding out here unless you want to do it illegally.. Which isn't my thing.

I'd like to think I'd keep the SM totally on the street if I bought one, then took out the YZ every time I wanted to ride dirt. Dunno though.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread aka North America Home Owners Association Thread

Why are you looking at 250's Adam? You're going to get bored quick as just want to upgrade.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread aka North America Home Owners Association Thread

I've looked at 250s before, but I'd certainly never buy one new. The value is pretty much stabilized on the 80's ones so it's pretty easy to buy one, ride it for a while, and resell for pretty much what you paid for it when it's time to upgrade.

I'll say I'm not a very aggressive rider and a 250 would be fine for me, but although I've ridden a lot, I've never had a bike of my own to ride consistently. A season with the same bike every day would probably make me outgrow it.
