what do you want for those mustang wheels

Can't tell if serious. $400 if serious.

$1600 for 120k mile complete engine and accessories with EQ 2.02 heads, M1 intake, Fastman TB, 24lb FMS injectors, 9mm wires, poly mounts, Spectre intake. Motor has a fresh coil, fresh P/S pump, and recent RMS and oil pan gasket. Throw in another $500 if you want the Doug Thorleys.

Couldn't you get the 2.2 turbo in some models? That must have been over 150 hp I'd imagine.

That would be pretty fun. Samurai sized too.

After riding in Bob's yellow Samurai just once I wanted a Samurai REALLY bad.

Just go test drive a Fiat 500x.

ya, different internals though. oddly enough, i've driven a LOT of EEK cars. my sundance was a low output 2.2, drove an auto 2.2 turbo lebaron (turbo II, intercooler.. maybe 140hp?), my buddy had a V6 5 speed 94? duster(that was faster than the turbo), and a girl in college had a 2.5 lebaron i did some work on. i think the turbo IV used in the CSX made something like 170 hp. that was the most powerful of the turbo cars.

they are still pretty damn different though.

Spirit R/T and Daytona R/T had 222 HP.

A lot of that article sound like bs like the part where they wouldn't build it cause it needed a tug up a hill. And I don't thing they even did trail rated badges in 98. But the rest sounds legit. And I'd wheel that thing.

ah, i see. they only made like 250 of those according to allpar. lotus helped design those cars too, didn't know that. apparently the omni GLHS had the turbo II running 175hp, i thought that would have been more.

before the trail rated badge marketing campaign, every jeep vehicle was tested on the rubicon and was not a jeep if it didn't make it. then they came out with trail rated badges for the models that could do it... which is why the compass/patriot and WJ front wheel drive models could be sold.
