I finished the trunk floor in my uncles duster on Friday. Saturday I took a lazy day and just hung around before me Kate and my sister went out with a few friends.
I started cutting out the old "frame connectors", aka 1.5 x 1.5 box tubing just welded to the torsion bar mounts and leaf spring hangers, not to the floor. That was a big hack disaster. Dropped the exhaust and whatnot too. For $175, I expected the frame connectors I bought to follow the floor and bit better but whatever. Hopefully I can get those burned in sometime soon.
I'd like to get that car finished before the winter, since over the winter I told my brother I'd finish his car for him and then start doing the 4 link on my MJ pending funds.

I'd be getting first dibs on his '68 :laugh: I've invested enough time on that car. He wouldn't get rid of that thing though.
He bought it for a really good deal just before all the prices on Mopar stuff exploded that he'd be an idiot to sell it. The body on the thing is immaculate.

are ebay projectors worth it? my headlights in the silverado suck. After having a motorcycle with one lamp on the front with a projector with a halogen lamp in it and being able to see 100000 times better with that then my truck i think its time for an upgrade. are the ebay ones shitty quality? i dont care about the stupid halo things around the projector i just want something i can see better with. any ideas?
