Nothing like taking the day off to go pick up some parts and get my windshield replaced on warranty (it cracked 2 months after being installed... while I was driving on the highway, wtf) only to find that the parts are gone and the windshield company broke the windshield loading it into their van.
Complete waste of a vacation day.

Its warranty work - I had it done in town a few months ago while I was on vacation for other shit. They listed themselves as a shop in town, turns out they are actually in springfield.
So I am about as far east as they go and they wont go to my work in woburn for warranty work.
Last time I have this shop do glass for me.... they were cheaper than the others. Now I know why.
