THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

Ahh, that feeling of wearing brand new boots and trying to break them in.

I bought a pair of redwings back on February and I was delighted to not go through the normal break-in. I will surely be buying the same pair when the rest of my fleet breaks down.

Advance adapters wants the rubber boot to fit between the slave cylinder and those jam nuts. Ha. Can't space the slave back because there is an exhaust manifold in the way. Also pretty awesome how straight it lines up (all AA parts).

E mailed the pic to AA. Not sure what to expect back, but this might be an excuse to build some dumb headers.

Boot chat: these Carolinas have been holding up decently, they've probably got 6 months left in them before they get too bad to wear and I've been beating on them for 10 months now. That might be a record for me.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

picked up a 4.10 8.8 on Sunday.

I have a Iron Rock boxed truss already that i picked up off craigslist a while back. Should i buy a sexy Artec truss and sell the IROR one, or just shut up and use the one i have?

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

I welded an IRO truss on the 8.8 from my old jeep. Good fit, didn't have to grind it or anything. Goes out the leaf perches. I thought it was decent
