I *think* it'll be fine.

The only difference I noted was a tapped hole in the front passenger corner on the WJ head for the idler pulley. XJs don't use it.

Looks like I need to hit up some wj's in the yrad for a head to replace the one in racecar.

It's 220+ on the factory one, it's on borrowed time...

I'd say that depends.

you could use the line lock and not be racing, but wold it classify as abuse?
Also, can they prove that you used it as anything more than a parking brake? Just because you turned it on doesn't mean you did a giant burndog.

sure, but is it really going to take a detailed account of what happened while the line lock is on?

What if you just pushed the button to see what it was and didn't hoon it?

I think that Ford is going to have a real tough time voiding warranties for people that pushed the button. I don't see that holding up in court.

all of this nonsense is why I'm happy to be back in a 1990 MJ. I can dump the clutch and do a sideways burnout with no cares, aside from the new tires

I'm pretty sure using the launch control In A Nissan gtr voids the warranty. So people think kford is going g to do the same.

It does void the warranty in the GTR, but that's a different level of abuse with the AWD. Even a V6 Mustang should have no problem breaking the tires loose before it breaks anything.

I personally don't care, because i'll never buy a new mustang with a factory warranty.

When there's so many people giving away piles of shit automobiles for free I see no reason to ever buy a car at all :dunno:

I got my trashbike running today. Spent a whopping $7.19 on a fuel filter, fuel line, and hose clamps so I can connect the tank up to it. If I can get the title for it who wants to go trashbike riding? This is once in a lifetime opportunity, since I'm going to die immediately.
