What law requires a CB? :confused1

recommends one, but typically NAC folk don't run them. It probably makes more sense in the chapters out west.

I think the CB thing was from before everybody had cell phones. Its easy enough to just call somebody else if you need a hand or parts.

I believe in contexts clues. Not a rule that some jerks made up that the same word is spelled two different ways.

I also do not believe in their and there. They're gets spared because I don't like conjunctions.
