THe NAC Lots-O-BFG KO2 Thread

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

You might need the plow Monday.

Yeah I saw that. We're not supposed to get the worst of it. Seems like the cape/south shore has been getting hammered this winter.

I might have to do some wiring to get the plow working but I have most of Sunday for that.

Also, I've been debating hacking off the rear frame on the MJ when I 4-link the back of it and rebuilding it with 2x4x.188.

Probably won't happen until next winter at this rate.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

NOAA isn't even listing projected accumulations yet. If they're not listing anything then I have a hard time believing anything else any other weather agency publishes.

Some mail server for IT/tech support is having a conversation with itself, and everybody is copied on it. 11 emails in the last 15 minutes of it replying "no comment" to an automated response message.

Annoying.

Being out sick while actually sick is the worst thing. Haven't gotten out of bed in two days, have entirely run out of internet shit to read. I may go insane.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

There is no way you read everything on the internet. You didn't read this yet. Until now.

Thank you for providing me more things to read by writing this

Haha.
Fun stopping those messages on the IT side of it.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

I think I'm going wheel the MJ the rest of this year on the leaf springs, and then tear it apart next winter. I spent some more time looking at the back of it last night and I'm just really tired of working around everything.

I already have 90% of what I need to build a buggy (drivetrain, axles, coilovers and bumps, cooling, steering, fuel system, megasquirt, seats, gauges, etc.) so really the big money items would be tubing and all the small pieces like radiator plumbing, link material, and aluminum for interior/roof/skins.

If it takes me 2-3 years to build it, then whatever. I still enjoy coming out wheeling without something to wheel so I don't really care.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

If someone wanted the shell they can have it for cheap money. I'd love to see it live on.

But like I said, I just can't bring myself to work around shit anymore. I have 0 motivation to do the rear 4 link on the thing.

There's plenty of shit on it that I'd want to redo anyway.
