THe NAC Lots-O-BFG KO2 Thread

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

Close to a 2 hour ride in. Not horrible, but meh.

Hopefully the ride home is better.

I need to hurry up and get my plow brackets mounted on my truck.

That IS horrible. Someday you'll realize.

Working from my couch is way bettah.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

Pontiac was beast mode getting to work today. Spun a little tire smashing through the plow buildup when getting onto main roads. Commute took about 1minute extra.

When I get home I'm going to plow my driveway by running over the snow back and forth 30 times.

Not to me. It's all about your frame of reference. I've had a 1 hour commute since about 2005. 2 hours is not unheard of during a snowstorm.

Someday you'll realize that a longer commute is something that some people choose to deal with in order to live where they want to live ;)

I should have worked from home. Didn't realize the conditions were going to be so bad during my commute. When I woke up it wasn't even snowing.

BFG A/Ts work mint even at 70 psi in the snow. I usually don't even need 4WD unless I'm on an incline with at least 6" of snow.

Does that thing have a rev limiter? You better have tested it out.

The half tread set on my truck do great def my favorite dd tire

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

If I keep Herman long enough I'll probably get BFGs next time around. The coopers were cheaper, and have been great, but I wouldn't be against having something else for the heck of it

Of course it does, and of course I have. Rev limit for daysssssssss.

Does have some lame traction control that leans the piss out of it til the tires stop spinning, but there's a button to turn that junk off.

On another note. Snack packs should start coming in adult sizes.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

there's a decent amount of people here. I guess my work isn't full of pansies. Then again in my specific area I'm the only one.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

Only thing I dislike about my bfg's is no white letters I like having em.

PS I love FB engineers

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

Bfg ATs are nice in the snow but firestone winterforces with studs are even nicer.

I can stomp the brakes doing 10-15 on slick snowpack and it digs straight to pavement and stops on a dime. And it is boring in 4x4, donuts are almost difficult to do, I have to put it in 2wd to have any fun.

But we had a half day at work so I took half a day vacation. Haven't gotten out of bed yet, might go with the dbdave day off plan today, might work on the house, not sure.

What's my plan?
