DC manager just came in here and asked me why I've been driving so many different Jeeps lately. I love that there's no good way to explain why without sounding like a crazy person.

just because its no paid vacation doesent mean you cant take time off. Ive never had paid vacation. and I take a few days off for roctober and nac fest. and I was taking a week for moab. one just needs to suck it up and tighten the belt for a while.

Now that I have a 600hp clutch, naturally I wanna make 600hp now :doh: I'm gonna add some more fuel and I'm shooting for 400 with this single turbo now. Do some twins later on and go for mid 500's.

He seemed pretty adamant about the whole time off thing. He said he expects everyone to be there 6 days a week. The only reason you can't come in is if you can't move or have stuff coming out of both ends.

Not yet he doesn't. Should be picking up an engine Sunday though. Today I ordered a clutch, lift pump and downpipe.

Wow, sounds pretty gay. I guess common rail injection is where its at :laugh3:

I should be at mid 500s in about 2 or 3 weeks. Stock turbo, injection pump, injectors and internals.

I'm sure once im in there I might have some weight to throw around. I don't dare ask about taking time off in an interview lol.

The deal includes paid training, he sends guys to New York for classes and certification testing, all paid. He pays for ASE Certs, pass or fail.

If it gets down to it I'll probably take the job.

I'll be missing KOH for sure which sucks. (I have a paid trip there) but whatevs.

It threw a rod, and the stock clutch was on its way out. So I figured since I sold the jeep I might as well own a race truck :laugh:
