P.S. my 30x30 "oversize 2 car" is going to be just enough for 1 project. Hope you don't plan on actually using it to park cars and stuff or you're going to spend half your project time just moving shit around.

He's right. It gets expensive at closing. Look at title fee, file this fee, record at registry of deeds this paper fee, have someone read and sign this fee, look at title again fee, etc. etc. etc. its a lot. Figure 1.5% to 2% of the loan amount on closing fees alone.:dunno: I'm not really all that worried about it. I guess I just don't understand what would make it cost double that but either way I'm covered.
