I'm still talking to them, but even if I got hired today I wouldn't get paid for 1-2 weeks and I've got much higher priorities for money right now than having fun.

Have to weld in the frame notches and plating tonight and start bending up rear shock hoops. Hopefully have all the new shock mounts/bracing done by tomorrow night. Thursday I'll just reassemble the throttle bodies and oil cooler/front end. Friday morning I might have to hack together some limit strap mounts up front and bumpstops for the rear.

And then probably make it down to PA in time to go to bed :laugh:

I'm so amped to go. Hopefully I can help by friday. My grandfather stopped breathing I guess? Pretty ****ed up, he has heart surgery wednesday too. Perfect timing.

Damn dude that sucks...no big deal if you can't help and you still want to go. I should be able to finish everything that I NEED to get done.

Nothing. I prefer the motorcycle style helmets (flip up visor) but you can get a moto-x helmet with goggles (Chris uses this) if you want.

Anything you buy will be better than the Snell 95 that they require anyway.

EDIT: Also forgot to mention, make sure you wear a long sleeve shirt and pants. They don't require firesuits.

Anyone ever have paypal hold there money after a refund? I got the refund but it ain't showing up in my paypal yet, this is driving me ****ing nuts

Thinkin about picking up a tent hammock for my dads birthday. He wants to do some overnight hiking trips this year.

thoughts on this beast? price is right, reviews are great everywhere I look. REI and a buncha more camping oriented stores carry the same one too all with similar reviews.

Jeep responded the the recall on their GC and liberties with a big **** off on facebook, and a nice graph showing about 20 other cars that are deadlier than theirs, pretty good read
