Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

how man god damn mirror styles did my year tuck come with, ordered a replacement piece online after searching for two hours with the insurance guy trying to get the correct gm part code. comes in the mail yesterday open the box, right shape and size, heated, and turn signal, but wrong ****ing bracket on the back wtf

fwiw for $300 you can get the mirrors like I have on Herman with power/heated/signals... I got the ones for $200 with no signals, but power and heated.

its on an insurance claim, and they want the sales invoice on it but will be free to me. so i do not think they would fly with me changing both left and right mirrors. figured this would be the easiest choice because i just switch over 3 connectors and pop the glass on. if all else fails i can get the whole assembly easily but would just have to front up the $350+sh for the damn thing

that's for the whole assembly, power adjustable, heat, turn signal, foldable, and power bro mode

The glass itself with heat, turns signal, and plasic backing was $180 shipped

so i think i have this figured out from 2001-2004 the part listed is 88980582 (which i ordered) with a description of it for a square adjusted mount but for 2005 for the same mirror it changes to 19153376 and that has a description of a round adjuster mount which is what i have. emailed the part supplier asking if this is what i need

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

holy hell emailed the part website and they responded back saying that i have 2005 mirrors on my truck and that i should spend $60+sh to buy the correct actuator to adapt mine to match the 2004 spec.

Bald allterrains suck but they still get places with enough throttle. Come wheeling Bob

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

The photography guys will get a kick out of this, or maybe not.
We may have just a few blank walls in the house (haha @ few) so I was looking for some photography. Ran across a guy that took some aerial photos of the lake.
Ordered up a 23x40" (print size) framed and a smaller different angle in 12x35" (print size). That should help fill one wall.

The only things I've ever wanted from ikea are the huge prints they have, the one of Nycs flat iron building from back in the day is awesome, couple other cool ones too
