THe NAC Lots-O-BFG KO2 Thread

ctxjlimited quoted your post in thread "THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread" - North American

1. Get 19lb injectors
2. Don't drive like a dick.

I have the option to get them for 40 with a thousand miles on them, the kid wanted to go 30s with the turbo he has.
I drive like a little old lady. At the speed limit gliding to a stop and am getting 11-12

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

I can't believe how easy the shackles just went into my buddy Jeremy's 2 door XJ, we were expecting the usual "gotta use a torch" rust on the upper bolts and they came right out.

Keith - you found that gift cert right? I left it under the driver wiper on the honda parked by the garage on the house. Thanks again for the 3.55s, let me know if you ever need anything.

I might be down for 9s on thrusday. God knows I'm hoping like hell Herman is feeling better by then  Gonna be starting on it Wednesday morning, should be finished sometime Thursday. God willing, it'll be running good afterwards...

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

Stop caring? it's rustproofing.

If you really care, unscrew it, put a giant gob of ptfe thread sealant on it, screw it back in. Problem solved.

This may seem like obvious advice but I can't see how sealing a dipstick tube is difficult :dunno:

It's not difficult.

It's the spot its in that sucks. I didn't put any sealant on it before and not even sure it went in perfectly.

Have to pull it and try again.

like half past midnight to 130 or so. I ended up passing out in a rest stop on the way home because I couldn't keep it between the lines, I was tired as hell.

I'm surprised you didn't get woken up by my awesome exhaust :wierd:

no reason to be upset pal, it's just the 440 trying to cope with the fact that it's now in a jeep. it feels obligated to leak. nothing to worry about. Just like a proper 4.0, add a quart before wheeling and all is well :)
