Why, I thought the 36" we're the good size. But I want to get the jeep back on the road and not worry about snapping shafts like I'm worried now.

hows going down 1 inch in tire size gonna make it more street leagal?

2 inches, but its all in my dads head. I'm going to either isolate my tank and shocks from the cab, or put my tank back under the jeep. See if that will let me get closer to street legal in his eyes. He was semi ok with 35's

36.8 to be exact, prob bigger with your 7" wheels

Nh ones, yes. But only for his work and our family. But also he doesn't want an illegally modified vehicle registered under his name. And it's too expensive for me to reg and insure it on my own right now.

And I know it's not the best deal at all, but those 38's scare me on the 8.25. Even with alloys and when I truss it, I'm not convinced ill be safe. That's the main reason for downsizing.

When i was 19 i went on my own insurance. It was a shit ton cheaper.

And how is it more expensive for you to register it? Thats just a flat rate. Does new hampshire charge extrathe younger you are? Lol
