I didn't tighten a hose clamp up enough when I changed out the inline fuel filter before my lift pump on the Dodge. Started up and ran fine on Friday after I changed it/bled the system.

Didn't start this morning. Bled the injectors, ran mint, got to Dunkin Donuts, died at the drive thru. My brother brought me a wrench and a flathead. Tightened the clamp and bled the injectors again.

Love doing that at 7 am on a Monday morning.

Also discovered my ball joints are just starting to loosen up after 70k miles. Probably just going to buy some more 806s while I'm at it/have everything apart. I'll milk it all until the spring unless they discover it during inspection in 2 months.
 
What happened I thought your truck was reliable? You should get a chip. :D

Went to look at puppies at the shelter with Tarah, almost left with one. Probably adopting in a couple weeks once she's settled at her new job.

Nothing smaller than 40-50lbs. I'd love a collie mix, almost of the pups through north shore animal league mix breeds. I really don't have any reservations on exact breed, but needs to be a female. Males are usually pretty needy and she'll be staying at my gf's place, her grandma moved out and had a golden/lab mix so the german short hair pointer she has is now a lonely guy during the day. Don't want two boy dogs in the house together... Just in case. We'll be bringing her current dog to the shelter when we go for real to have him sniff out the new pup first before we bring her home. I want a dog to come with me on adventures, jump in the jeep and play Frisbee with.

Yup. Lady pulled right out in front of me and stopped in my lane. Pretty much nothing I could do. Luckily I wasn't going fast and slowed down enough so we didn't hit her at speed. No broken bones or anything, just some cuts and bruises and I'm sore as hell today. Can barely move around. I looked at the bike briefly before they forced me in the ambulance it didn't look awful from what I remember. Its at a garage about 45 min from me so I'll check it out when I get back on my feet, hopefully tomorrow. I'm just thankful to be alive and that neither of us were seriously injured.

thats sweet you guys are okay. i got hit also on my bike. shit sucks. now dealing with insurance is fun...

sucks man, glad you guys are still kickin.

Kinda why I dont ride as much as I used to. Too many other idiots out there. You can be the best rider out there, but that doesn't make you invincible to morons.
