so i need tires, my buddy needs tires, and my stepdad needs tires. went to one tire place i've used before, and they quoted me $410 for a 37" MTZ mounted and balanced, and said he couldnt get 37" STTs. i walked out and let my friend get a quote on tires for his rubicon. called another place that i like better, and its pretty cool how the conversation goes from, "call back tomorrow after 8, we're closing" to "hold on, let me get my boss" when you say you want 14 tires and are paying cash. he's gonna get back to me tomorrow morning.

So I did some urban skydriving in the Bronx Saturday, when I landed my front right side went down way to low and there is an oil like splatter in my wheelwell, I know nothing about shocks but its a skyjacker hydro....is the shock toast? Also blew the upper bushings out

hit a big ass bump?
Shock might be toast, you can pull one end and try compressing it and see. Where in the wheelwell is it? Can you tell what direction it came from?
If you stomp on the brakes and come to a full stop, does one side dive harder than the other? Does it bounce at all on either side when you then release the brakes?

Shock just rattles around no bushings holding it in place, spray is in the back of the fender, sounds horrific when I hit a bump on the right side, AutoZone replacement bushings lasted three weeks so probably call skyjacker manana

swapped PS pumps.. the old one groaned and didnt have any power. this one has plenty of power but it screams and keeps aerating fluid.

yea srsly. gotta get one in by this weekend. junkyard ones are cooler too bc theyll come with a free pulley and reservoir.
