THe NAC Lots-O-BFG KO2 Thread

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

Spent my day watching these guys work:
WellDrilling.jpg

Two guys, knew they stuff, polite, and very efficient. If anyone needs drilling, these are the folks to call. Well went better than I could have asked for and we hit great water at a decently shallow depth. Very happy.
Edit: Oh, the engine running the drill truck was consuming 36 gallons (yes, no typo 36) an hour of diesel fuel.

sweetness, local company too

Does anyone know if the controller plug on the solenoid box is the same between a warn 9.5ti and an m8000? Diagnosed a co-worker's intermittent winch operation to the plug itself on the solenoid box.

Found a part number for the 9.5ti socket, not for the m8000.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

TPS plugged in-can't go above 3k
TPS unplugged-can hit rev-limiter, other than slight hesitance and weird shifting, runs better.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

Also throttle position on the scanner reads 13% while giving no throttle, which is why I suspected it to begin with.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

Rob, that looks like a pretty nice truck. If I had found that I'd likely be driving that instead. I'm not a huge fan of the color, but if you can get them down a few grand I think that'd be a good deal, especially considering the mileage it's got...

its a damn sweet deal.. with 64k that thing is basically brand new. my buddy paid 17k for his 3rd gen SLT auto quad cab short bed cummer with 100k

What knuckles do you run again? I have a few sets.

Sounds like a 60 may be in order if you want to keep flying though.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

are offset ball joints just as strong as standard ones?

i really dont want to drop a significant amount of money in my xj.

and i dont think i will be doing much flying this season.

I gotta give you guys a chance to catch up.

no. but FIRI for this season, then retire it. you keep going crazier and breaking moer retarded (and expensive) things. you gotta work on the J truck and get that thing wheeling next year.

if its bad enough ill just use my spare on that knuckle for the ride down lol. dont wanna melt the inside of a creepy crawler.

where its sitting right now it looks pretty bad, might just be the angle of the driveway.

fair enough. on that topic i think i got a bunk set of moogs, bc the stock knuckle side looked tilted last week, now its "settled" in and looks a lot better. the reid has spicer ball joints and i like them a lot better. im gonna get a reid for the driver side too eventually..

and im never gonna retire that xj.

shits famous

all unibodies eventually die.:(

It has died a couple times already, I have faith in it

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

the lowers were pretty similar but the spicer uppers were noticeably beefier and have a snap ring, the moogs only have snap rings on the lower. the spicers fit tighter too but that could just be the difference between a new reid and a stock knuckle from 1978.
