i still think its a waste of time when you can just make the unibody as strong as a frame.

Oh, look at that, looking at the picture on my phone, the super lazy susans are labeled, and there are two of those in my parent's house.

frame side seperation is for losers...

Agreed.
wtf is a super lazy susan?

I mean I'm pretty sure I know what you're talking about putting in those corners but is the "super" version just more HD or does it pull out or something?

Edit: And does one side of the counter on the island have more overhang? That would drive me nuts.
A normal lazy susan has a pie cut taken out of it so it fits with a 90 degree corner. A super susan has a full round area and the door sits on that 45 degree angle. That's it.

The idea was to fit 3 stools on the front and one on that side. I'm up in the air about that.

2.5 gallons of rotella 15w40 at tractor supply, $33.?? - oil filter, $5... $40 oil change
+ $35 fuel filter.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

You should do that because it's free, and not a stupid idea.

You think I should ditch my XJ and build up a TJ? I have thought about it, but I really don't want to be like all the other poser wanna-be TJ people around the cape, and especially not at the beach I drive onto. I also would have added long arms when I was rebuilding it, now that the frame is all nice and coated, don't really want to grind off to weld to.

Ah, alright. Makes sense.

And idk... I'd either design it to have a stool on each end or do neither at all. I couldn't deal with having it offside like that. Then again it's not my house and maybe it wouldn't even bother me as much as I think it would so you can feel free to disregard this rambling.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

all his numbers and antisquats are in his thread.

its also a triangulated 4 link

i have plans for my tj if i ever build one.

it would kick the dick out of any tj out there and definately look nothing like any poser beach boytoys

I didn't want a stool on that right side because of the refrig. So the option is knock it down to 3 stools, or put one on that end.

You can build the coolest XXXXing jeep on the planet but then pull up to the XXXXing most cookie cutter gay skyjacker lifted mundane ass jeep/truck/whatever and everyone but you will think they're exactly the same.

Yep, I know that, and it annoys me whenever I hear a friend comment "oh that Jeep is sweet," and I turn and see the shittiest set up Jeep with Rusty's crap with 8 inches on short arms.

Ya, but I just keep thinking of all the stock parts we replaced when we redid it and just feel like its a waste to redo it all. (shocks, mopar gas tank cover/holder, etc.

HP44 would bolt it, and then I would truss the rear 44 and add some mounts for the TJ rear links/do a triangulated 4 link. Trans is junk in it so I would swap to probably an AW4 or maybe an AX15/NV3500. 241 is bolt up, and then it would be sell the rest of the crap I have.

I would lose a lot of space from the XJ, and I do like the XJ styling a lot.

99% of people probably just think you have body damage from something stupid or "that thing must be old", or "that's just what happens to what a redneck drives". Think about it, the average person doesn't get a dent on their car and say to themselves "sweet, just made my car more badass". Again, no average person gives a XXXX what we drive. Next time you get out of your jeep at the supermarket ask the first person you see what kind of car you drive. I bet they won't even know it's a cherokee.
